Minoggio Grezesch Bachmann appoints two new partners from its own ranks

Minoggio Grezesch Bachmann is appointing two new partners from its own ranks with effect from the beginning of 2025. Dr Maren Pallas and Christoph Thomas join the partnership as non-equity partners.

Dr Maren Pallas is a lawyer, tax lawyer and criminal law specialist. She has been working in the Bremen office since 2005. She advises and represents clients in particular in contentious tax audits, but also in extensive tax and commercial criminal proceedings.

Christoph Thomas is a lawyer and tax law specialist. He joined the Bremen office in 2015 and since then has focused his practice on criminal tax law and the defence of recourse claims. He primarily represents tax advisors, auditors and lawyers in custodial proceedings. Another focus of his work is economic criminal proceedings, in particular with regard to the withholding of social security contributions.

“We are delighted to be able to expand our partnership in our first year together as MGB and to continue working with two highly respected colleagues in new positions,'” says Dr Jochen Bachmann, partner in Bremen.

Minoggio Grezesch Bachmann was formed in the autumn of 2014 through the merger of the law firms Minoggio and Grezesch Bachmann, which specialise in criminal tax law and white-collar crime. MGB has offices in Bremen, Münster, Cologne, Hamburg and Hamm and employs 24 lawyers, ten of whom are partners.
